Each house portrait I create starts with thoughtfulness and intention. I take time to look through your photos, ask questions, and notice the little details that make your home feel like yours—not just what it looks like, but what it holds.
These pieces are great for gifts, moving milestones, or honoring a place that meant something to you. House portraits are more than home decor—they’re a personal way to hold on to the places that shaped you.
Steps to collecting your house portrait
1. Complete Your Downpayment to Secure Your Spot
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot as I begin to work on your painting of your home. All portraits have a 6-week turnaround.
2. After Checkout, Send Me Your Favorite Photos
Send your photos to hello@loveneeshart.com with your first name, last name, and order number in the subject line. Choose 2–3 clear, well-lit photos of the house from multiple angles.
3. Tell Me Your Vision
Let me know your ideas—or leave it to me to work my magic. Is there a porch swing, garden, or small feature you want included? Anything that made it yours. Colors and backgrounds can be customized to match your style or your memories.
4. Approve the Sketch + Progress Updates
I’ll send you an early sketch and a mid-process check-in so you can see how it’s going. You’ll have a chance to request small changes before the final touches.
5. Pay & Ship
Once it’s finished, I’ll send a final photo for approval. Once it’s approved you’ll pay your final payment and I will ship your piece safely to your doorstep.
6. Love It Forever
Every portrait is hand-painted with emotion and care—designed to be a one-of-a-kind keepsake you’ll cherish.
